The 3rd out of 12 singles being released over 12 months is another one from the archives of the Golden Age. "Deed I Do" is a tune we've recorded before - back in 2014. With this version, we wanted to get a lot more intimate and vulnerable with the pared down arrangement. Our first version (recorded before we were married) offered a peppy optimism of love's potential. And now, after 5 years of marriage (3 of which have been spent on a tour bus) we have a different perspective. More grounded, mature, and deeper. Through thick and thin, we are grateful to be able to continually reinvent ourselves, our love and our music. This latest version is definitely influenced by our long-lasting love affair.
